This year during P.E I have always brought my gym strip with me and I'm always on time for class. I have tried my best and participated joyfully on all activities. I usually give my best until it's one those days that I'm not feeling very good. The days I work to the best of my ability is when we play sports and dance.
I contribute to the overall success of the class by being a good sport and showing good sportsmanship. During P.E I am always showing a positive attitude and being respectful to everyone. I interact with other students by helping them clean up at the end of the block and sharing ideas with them.
My participation during fitness days is very good, because I try my very best. My favorite type of fitness is the partner activity 30sec on 30sec off. In this activity we work out for 30sec and rest for 30sec. This year my goal for fitness is to push myself to try harder and if I stick to my goal I know that I would improve my skills.
To me leadership means helping others, guiding them, and encouraging them when they feel like they can't do it. I think there are many great leaders in our class.
Some improvements I would like to make by the end of year are to try hard and when we do fitness I would like to finish the activity without stopping and resting in the middle. The thing I am most proud of so far is that how hard I've been trying. Last year I used to hate gym and didn't really enjoy it, and I am proud to say that now it's one of my favorite subjects!!
