This year I have seen many improvements in my fitness and I have also accomplished a goal that I had, which helped me in improving my fitness. The goal that I had was to finish any fitness activity without stopping in between. I accomplished my goal by pushing myself to do the best of my ability. For an example when we did the community run for the first time I came in at 43min and the last time we did the community run I came in at 36min. I improved by 7min. Another example is when we did the beep test for the first time I had gotten 5.5 and recently when I did it I got 7.2. I know I could have done better but I was really tired from dance from the previous day. I am always prepared for class. I always bring my gym strip and a positive attitude. I also have a good attendance record I am always at class unless I am sick or something. I also do some activities out of school to help me improve my fitness like: dance (Hip Hop & Jazz) , and by going to the YMCA for swimming or Zumba. I contribute to the class by helping set up or put stuff away. I offer my help if anybody needs it. In the beginning of the year I used to hate fitness, but now I really enjoy it because I know I can do it, and also because I actually enjoy pushing myself to do my best. I always try to encourage my friends during fitness when they are not trying there best. For an example when we recently did the community run, my friend kept saying lets stop and walk the rest. I encouraged her and made her believe that she can do it without stopping. I think the grade I deserve for this term is an A because I really pushed myself to try hard, and because I encouraged other people to try their best too. I will continue to work hard during the summer by running laps around the park and timing myself each time to see if I improved.
