This semester I have learned many different ways to keep fit. Some things I have done well on are, bringing my gym strip, and working hard on fitness days. I always bring my gym strip, and I am always well prepared. This is something I have done well last year, and I am staying consistent with this year as well. The other thing I have done well on is working hard on fitness days. Last Friday when we did the musical chair run, I worked very hard, and tried to run for the whole period. This was something I was proud of. Some things I think I need to work on are eating healthy food and drinking lots of water. Overall I think I deserve an A because I improved a lot from the beginning of the year and I am slowly accomplishing my goals.
It is nice to hear that you are proud of your improvement. Hopefully this will motivate you to continue working hard. On that note, can you be more specific about how you are measuring your improved fitness. In your last post, you offered beep test numbers. Furthermore, we've had many conversations about becoming more 'comfortable feeling uncomfortable' and exercising on your own outside of class. The blog is an opportunity for you to speak to this and I urge you to reflect on what you are doing for your fitness extra-curricularly. As an "A" student, you need to paint a more whole picture of what it means to be physically educated.
