April Report Card Post

I think I deserve an "A"  because I am always prepared for class. I come to class everyday with my gym strip and  a positive attitude. I am always ready to learn new ways to keep myself fit and healthy! I always try my best on fitness days... I actually have started looking forward  to fitness. It makes me proud because I try very hard and help my friends work to the best of there ability. I also help by putting up and cleaning after our gym activity. I do dance everyday to keep myself fit and healthy.

Work habits #2

I think I deserve a G this semester because I work very hard, usually come prepared with my gym strip, I am willing to help and I come to school with a positive attitude. I am working on trying to improve my strength and fitness level. Too improve my fitness I go to dance and sometimes to the YMCA. Two things I am good at is bringing my gym strip, participating to the best of my ability and encouraging  my friends to try hard as well. One thing I need to improve on is not stopping during fitness and trying my best to complete the activity. My goal for the end of this semester is to recieve an A and to maintain a good lifestyle. To achieve my goals I will eat healthy, and try to do a little bit of  physical activity every day such has running or dancing .

Semester end report

This semester I have learned many different ways to  keep fit. Some things I have done well on are, bringing my gym strip, and working hard on fitness days. I always bring my gym strip, and I am always well prepared. This is something I have done well last year, and I am staying consistent with this year as well. The other thing I have done well on is working hard on fitness days. Last Friday when we did the musical chair run, I worked very hard, and tried to run for the whole period. This was something I was proud of.  Some things  I think I need to work on are eating healthy food and drinking lots of water.  Overall I think I deserve an A because I improved a lot from the beginning of the year and I am slowly accomplishing my goals.

Work Habits

I think I deserve a G because I've been working very hard. I have been coming to gym with proper gym strip. I have seen improvement in my fitness from September. In September when we did the beep test, I got 6 now in November when we did it I got 7. I was really proud because I improved! But I think next time I will do a little better. I did really good on the obstacle course fitness. I was able to finish the activity. Last year I got really tired and gave up but this year I am able to finish it. One thing I could maybe work on is the pacing activity because I didn't do a good job on that. Overall I think I deserve a G because of my improvement, and my participation in class.

Simran's Year End Report

This year I have seen many improvements in my fitness and I have also accomplished a goal that I had, which helped me in improving my fitness. The goal that I had was to finish any fitness activity without stopping in between. I accomplished my goal by pushing myself to do the best of my ability. For an example when we did the community run for the first time I came in at 43min and the last time we did the community run I came in at 36min. I improved by 7min. Another example is when we did the beep test for the first time I had gotten 5.5 and recently when I did it I got 7.2. I know I could have done better but I was really tired from dance from the previous day. I am always prepared for class. I always bring my gym strip and a positive attitude. I also have a good attendance record I am always at class unless I am sick or something. I also do some activities out of school to help me improve my fitness like: dance (Hip Hop & Jazz) , and by going to the YMCA for swimming or Zumba. I contribute to the class by helping set up or put stuff away. I offer my help if anybody needs it. In the beginning of the year I used to hate fitness, but now I really enjoy it because I know I can do it, and also because I actually enjoy pushing myself to do my best. I always try to encourage my friends during fitness when they are not trying there best. For an example when we recently did the community run, my friend kept saying lets stop and walk the rest. I encouraged her and made her believe that she can do it without stopping. I think the grade I deserve for this term is an A because I really pushed myself to try hard, and because I encouraged other people to try their best too. I will continue to work hard during the summer by running laps around the park and timing myself each time to see if I improved.

Simran's Interim Report

Gym has been very enjoyable so far. I have been trying my best even though I have an injury. Although I try my best during all gym days, it's very difficult to run and do activities that include running. A goal I am working on is to not stop during fitness activities, to complete the task I am doing. I am always coming to class with my gym strip and a positive attitude. This year I have noticed that I have become more active and I am able to run farther then I used to. I feel more active and healthier. Gym is very beneficial to me, I have learned many new exercises and how to keep myself more fit. I am looking forward to continuing gym this year and the following few years.

Interview

This year during P.E I have always brought my gym strip with me and I'm always on time for class. I have tried my best and participated joyfully on all activities. I usually give my best until it's one those days that I'm not feeling very good. The days I work to the best of my ability is when we play sports and dance.

I contribute to the overall success of the class by being a good sport and showing good sportsmanship. During P.E I am always showing a positive attitude and being respectful to everyone. I interact with other students by helping them clean up at the end of the block and sharing ideas with them.

My participation during fitness days is very good, because I try my very best. My favorite type of fitness is the partner activity 30sec on 30sec off. In this activity we work out for 30sec and rest for 30sec. This year my goal for fitness is to push myself to try harder and if I stick to my goal I know that I would improve my skills.

To me leadership means helping others, guiding them, and encouraging them when they feel like they can't do it. I think there are many great leaders in our class.

Some improvements I would like to make by the end of year are to try hard and when we do fitness I would like to finish the activity without stopping and resting in the middle. The thing I am most proud of so far is that how hard I've been trying. Last year I used to hate gym and didn't really enjoy it, and I am proud to say that now it's one of my favorite subjects!!

I think I deserve a A because I always try my best, always participate, and never quit. So far I have really enjoyed P.E!!!
